Energetic Body Work
Jin Shin Jyutsu is an energy body work that combines the sensitivity of Reiki with the precision of acupuncture. It shares philosophical roots with Aikido and emphasizes the body;'s innate ability to heal itself. Sessions take place in my office that is part of the Louisville Aikikai dojo at 1860 Mellwood Avenue, #182, Louisville, KY 40206. Sessions are $60 an hour and the first session is half off. I believe access to JSJ is an innate human right and so I will work a sliding scale for those in need.

Working with clay brings us to intimate connection with the elements of fire, water, earth and air and the pottery studio is a place to be in creative community with others who come together through clay. From the Hudson River Valley to the Ohio River Valley, I have been enjoying the love of the clay. Currently I am doing some pottery classes in schools around Louisville and part of the year as Artist-in-Residence at Stony Point Center, a retreat center and an intentional interfaith community just north of NY City.
